April 2011 marked the first-ever Live Case Challenge, a hands-on class assignment in which third-year management students tackle a real-world, business-related challenge involving a local organization. Over the years, students have competed to solve business challenges for Disney Club Penguin, HuStream (Accelerate Okanagan), the South Okanagan-Similkameen Healthy Living Coalition, Totalamber, the City of Kelowna and SunRype.
