Campus welcomes the Royals

UBC Okanagan is profiled on the world stage when The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Prince William and Kate Middleton) visit campus as part of their 2016 Tour of Canada. The UBCO stop included a public ceremony in the Central Courtyard dedicating a new Aboriginal art installation, plus a visit to the gymnasium where the Royal couple and 1,500 students watched an inter-squad game of the UBC Okanagan Heat women’s volleyball team.
