UBC Okanagan and the City of Kelowna announce plans to establish a university presence in downtown Kelowna. The mixed-use development, at 550 Doyle Avenue, will feature community-facing academic space, office space and university rental housing. The site is expected to drive innovation, attract and grow the region’s talent pool, and help diversity the economy.
