Academic scheduling services
Academic Scheduling Services is responsible for the overall coordination of the University’s general teaching space. The team coordinates academic course schedules, final examinations and academic ad hoc use of classrooms.

Business solutions and support
The Business Solutions and Support team (formerly Student System Management) works closely with the Integrated Service Centre (ISC), UBC IT and other key stakeholders in providing technical and operational support of the Workday student ecosystem. This includes training, access management and business analysis support for process and system improvements.

Senate and curriculum services
Senate and Curriculum Services supports the academic governance of the University through the Vancouver and Okanagan Senates, the Council of Senates, Senate standing committees and the Faculty Councils. The unit is also responsible for the publication of the academic calendar.

Student recruitment and undergraduate admissions
The admissions team receives, evaluates and processes applications for undergraduate admission into academic programs at UBC. The recruiting team, positioned on both campuses, works on domestic recruitment initiatives and provides services to prospective students, their families and secondary schools throughout Canada.

Get Workday support
Workday support for faculty, staff and others who work at UBC is provided by the Integrated Service Centre (ISC). This includes Workday Student, HR, finance, payroll and more.
For help with Workday, visit Get Workday Support in the UBC self service portal to submit a Workday support request.
For urgent issues, or to follow-up on a request, you can contact the ISC by phone at 250-807-8163. Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
Note: While UBC students cannot access Workday Student support through the UBC self service portal, faculty and staff can submit a Workday Student support request or contact the ISC on behalf of a student. Students who work at UBC can request Workday support related to their job/position.
